I’m Jack; I’m a native Charlestonian with a passion for all things visual. 5 years ago, I fell in love with photography & film and set about making it my life. I spent several years honing my craft and mastering lighting, composition, and editing. I love capturing small expressive moments that otherwise would go unseen. Outside of photography, I am an avid film enthusiast, having written and directed several of my own. I also love running, cooking, music, and reading.
My style can be described as intimate yet simple, capturing the emotion of a moment and letting it shine through clearly in the final image.
While I love spontaneity in my photography, I also enjoy slow, methodical shooting, planning each part of the frame to create pleasing, detailed images.
